The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee a medium-sized team of 6-15 members, managing daily warehouse operations with a focus on inventory control, staff supervision, and quality inspection. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role requires effective problem-solving to address customer concerns and flexibility to work frequent overtime and weekends as needed. The position relies on manual tracking systems to manage inventory and ensures smooth workflow through proper staffing and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Control and maintain accurate inventory records using manual tracking systems
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to optimize productivity
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards
• Determine appropriate staffing levels and assist with workload distribution
• Interface with customers to resolve problems and provide assistance
• Report operational issues and progress to the Operations Manager
• Work frequent overtime and weekends as required to meet operational demands

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
