Client Service Manager

The Role:
You will work together within the remote operations team to support our advisors with day to day operations. You will communicate via phone, Zoom and email with our wonderful clients daily, enhancing the relationship and providing an outstanding client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating all paperwork for new and existing clients via DocuSign
- Process ACH and wire money movements
- Handling all client requests regarding data or documents
- Managing compliance requirements relating to paperwork
- Supporting account transfers and rollovers
Your Experience:
- B.A.
- At least 5 years of hands-on client service/operations experience in a b/d or bank setting
- Series 7 & 66 licenses preferred but not required

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000.
