Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 200 ranked national law firm seeking a 1st to 4th year Labor and Employment Litigation Associate to join its Miami office on a hybrid basis.

This is a litigation forward role for an attorney who wants hands on experience across core employment statutes and related state law claims, with meaningful responsibility and the chance to build strong client relationships early in their career.

The Opportunity

You will support and lead matters involving employment litigation in federal and state courts and proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC and DOL. The practice includes a balanced mix of employer side and employee side matters, along with opportunities to advise on day to day workplace issues, deliver trainings, and help clients mitigate risk before disputes escalate.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a 1st to 4th year Labor and Employment Litigation Associate with:

• 1 to 4 years of employment litigation experience covering Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and related state law claims
• Strong writing skills, with experience drafting pleadings, motions, and position statements
• Experience handling matters in federal or state court and before the EEOC or DOL
• Ability to contribute to workplace counseling and client training support, as needed
• Active Florida Bar admission
