Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a competitive environment, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about delivering a top-tier buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting new and pre owned vehicles that fit their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up on leads, phone calls, and internet inquiries
- Conduct product presentations and test drives
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and promotions
- Work closely with management and finance teams to finalize deals
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
