We are seeking an outgoing and professional Customer Engagement Specialist to connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships, following up with customers, researching options, and creating positive interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries
- Identify customer interests, needs, and preferences
- Research available options and solutions
- Provide clear and helpful information
- Assist with reservation-related requests
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries

- Coordinate with providers when necessary
