As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while reporting security-related concerns and working collaboratively with site personnel. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business location, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures. Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations in clear and accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
