Quick Facts: Location: Gastonia, NC, at a leading facility in North Carolina Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Full-time, 20 hours/day coverage (rotating shifts) Hours/Week: Variable, as per schedule Employment Type: Full-time employed provider License/Certs: NNP Board Certified (no FNP/PNP/other NP certs accepted) Experience: Minimum 2+ years as an NNP (excluding RN experience) Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr Benefits Include: Competitive pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k) with match, and more What You’ll Do: Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU environment Collaborate with neonatologists to develop and implement patient care plans Assist in managing approximately 320 NICU admissions annually and caring for infants in single-room, mother-baby settings Cover shifts in a 16-suite neonatal intensive care unit with compassionate, family-centered care Help with newborn nursery coverage and stabilize critically ill neonates Support the unit’s mission of delivering high-quality, luxurious neonatal care as recognized in national publications Participate in multidisciplinary team activities and provide education to families and staff What You Need: Current NNP Board Certification (FNP or PNP not accepted) At least 2 years of clinical NNP experience Strong neonatology skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy unit Passion for neonatal care and family support About the Assignment: Join a well-established healthcare team dedicated to excellence at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC.
