Description Coordinate and schdeule high-volume onsite and virtual interviews for 100+ candidates a week across multiple teams Partner daily with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants, and candidates to align schedules and keep hiring moving Manage interview logistics including travel, conference rooms, and virtual meeting coordination Handle last-minute scheduling changes with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and flawless execution Profile 1-2 years of Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or high-volume interview scheduling experience Experience managing complex calendars with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset Someone who genuinely enjoys being the operational backbone of a busy recruiting team Job Offer Join a globally recognized financial services firm.
