Workers Compensation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its practice in the Boston, Massachusetts area. The attorney will manage a substantial and complex caseload, handling cases and hearings with expertise and dedication. Duties Manage day-to-day handling of cases and hearings. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the MA State Bar Association. Minimum of 3+ years of workers' compensation experience. Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership with the Massachusetts State Bar Association. Skills Strong case management and organizational skills.
