Bilingual HR Generalist — Onboarding & Benefits

MasTec Civil is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR Business Partner in onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will serve as the primary contact for daily HR questions and ensure accurate record-keeping and HRIS entry. This role requires 1–3 years of HR experience, strong Excel skills, an AA/AS in a business-related field, and bilingual English/Spanish.
