Director of Human ResourcesThe Director of Human Resources will oversee the day to day running the Human Resources functions of the hotel. This role will also oversee and be responsible for the hotel's labor relations, recruitment and retention, employee communications, recognition and relations, career development, wage & hour compliance, learning and development, workers' compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees.
