As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll lead a small but mighty HR team and help shape the next phase of IPS’s growth. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning

Lead employee engagement, culture, and recognition programs

Manage benefits and compliance with excellence and care

Streamline HR systems and improve how we work

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

7+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Experience supporting multi-location or field teams (construction/trades a plus)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
