At Commonpoint, community is at the heart of everything we do. From early childhood to older adulthood, we support people from all walks of life on their journeys from crisis to stability and empowerment. Our wide range of programs, spanning social services, education, and recreation, reflects our mission to build a more connected, inclusive, and thriving community for all.
ABOUT THE ROLE
To continue advancing our impact across the communities we serve, Commonpoint is hiring a full-time Benefits Coordinator to support NYC Benefits ABAWD program participants within the Adult Workforce Department at our Bronx and Elmhurst locations .

Schedule
This position is primarily based in Elmhurst, Queens , with a typical schedule of 9:00 am–5:00 pm or 10:00 am–6:00 pm . Flexibility is required, as occasional travel to other Commonpoint sites, including the Bronx, NY , may be needed for program oversight, special projects, client support, meetings, and participant outreach events.
The Coordinator’s schedule will be coordinated with program leadership to ensure consistent participant access and appropriate coverage.
