Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct mental health assessments for a caseload of clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based screening methods.

• Design and implement integrated care plans that incorporate personalized treatment strategies, ensuring access to necessary linked services.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment interventions as required.
\n
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care and engage in quality improvement initiatives.

• Assist with crisis intervention efforts, employing de-escalation techniques and referral processes as needed.
\n
• Complete timely documentation and reports for all client interactions, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong communication with clients, their families, and external service providers to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Remain on-call for after-hours support as needed, providing critical assistance during non-traditional hours.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of innovative mental health treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on individuals from diverse backgrounds facing significant mental health challenges, particularly in under-resourced communities. You will engage with clients who experience anxiety disorders, major depression, PTSD, and other severe emotional disturbances. Your ability to establish rapport and trust with clients will be pivotal in delivering effective care and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current LCSW license in the state of Oregon.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work is required; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
