Strategic HR Director - Healthcare & Community Impact

Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the HR strategy and oversee the HR department. The role reports to the CEO and may float to other SNAHC locations, supporting patient care and clinical quality. You will manage staffing, compensation, benefits, policies, training, and compliance with HIPAA and state/federal laws, while guiding performance reviews, development programs, and Board reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sacramento Native American Health Center Inc.
