Make an immediate impact supporting middle school students as a skilled Speech Language Pathologist in a dynamic school-based environment near Orlando, FL. This contract opportunity calls for an enthusiastic professional ready to start as soon as possible and support learners in grades 6–8.

Your expertise in speech-language pathology will help shape student success in a collaborative school setting, where you’ll work on-site alongside other dedicated educators.

What we’re looking for:

• Active FL State License
• Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) through ASHA
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a related field
• Prior school-based SLP experience, ideally with middle school-aged learners
• Ability to complete district background check, fingerprinting, and credentialing requirements in a timely manner
• Professional, collaborative, and flexible mindset, ready to adapt to evolving caseloads (TBD)

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students, grades 6–8
• Assess, diagnose, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to promote student communication goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as assigned
