Qualifications Must have min 8 years experience with general accounting, receivables, payables, job reconciliations, payroll, checking account reconciliations. Preparation of financial statements is not done by this position, but will assist CPA subcontracted by company. Able to pass drug test / background check. Must have valid driver's license. Work well with people - also phone, email, text communication with staff, vendors, and clients. Team player. Some overtime and on call duties at times. Must have experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, general data entry, phone etiquette. Job Duties (General Office Duties) Answer phones in professional manner from clients and vendor partners. Assisting with routing and dispatching of technicians. Correspond with client and vendors via email in professional manner. Assist with inventory counts and tracking. Assist with preparing and presenting quotes to clients.
