POSITION TITL E : Director Administrative AI Enablement

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Director of Administrative AI Enablement you will serve as the primary liaison between the administrative departments and technical IT teams driving the adoption of AI/ML tools and techniques across Financial and administrative this hands-on role you will work with other key administrative superusers to leverage AI to automate processes and providing deeper level of financial forecasting and insight.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Play an active role in prototyping and developing AI agents to automate processes.
• Train other administrative super users to develop and deploy AI agents.
• Work closely with IT Infrastructure team to create an institutional framework for deployment and usage of AI agents.
• Work closely with the Enterprise engineering team to leverage AI opportunities.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues.
• Provide thought leadership within and across other departments on technologies and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in computer science information systems management engineering or similar technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education training and/or experience.
• Masters degree in computer science or similar discipline or MBA preferred.
• 5 years of experience with managing complex financial systems and workflows.
• Experience with deploying AI tools in an enterprise-wide production environment
• Experience with ERP & HCM systems; creating complex reports and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with database technologies including SQL NoSQL data warehouses
• Experience in scripting in python or similar languages
• Excellent Project Management skills to monitor and manage the progress of multiple simultaneous projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• While subject to change based on business needs this is an on-campus position requiring a minimum of 4 days per week working onsite from our La Jolla campus with flexibility to work 1 day per week remotely from home.

COMPENSATION:

The expected hiring range for this position is $167000 to $200000/annually commensurate with experience. Consideration will be given to experience that exceeds the listed requirements.
