Director of Oncology Drug Discovery & AI-Enabled Strategy

Iambic Therapeutics, Inc

A leading biotechnology company in San Diego is seeking a highly motivated Associate Director or Director to lead oncology drug discovery. The successful candidate will drive programs from hit identification to IND submission, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a high-impact role. Responsibilities include managing project integration, leading scientific collaborations, and mentoring a team. Preferred qualifications include a PhD with 12+ years of experience in small molecule discovery and expertise in oncology molecular pharmacology.
