Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients by following up on company-provided leads to transform them into successful sales.
• Show properties and offer clients comprehensive details about the features and advantages of each listing.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Keep informed about market trends and property values to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create effective sales strategies and exchange insights on market conditions.
• Build and maintain a robust network of industry professionals, such as mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to ensure seamless transactions.
• Adhere to all real estate laws and regulations to safeguard the interests of clients and the company.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Real Estate License is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales is required.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales goals.
• In-depth understanding of the local real estate market and its trends.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities .
• Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
• Skilled in utilizing real estate CRM software and other technological tools.
• Customer-oriented with a dedication to delivering superior service.
• Competent in handling multiple clients and properties at once .
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the designated area.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Self-driven with an active approach to generating and following up on leads.
