Our partner is looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist (SaaS, EdTech, B2B) based in Germany. Accountabilities: As a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing content strategies that strengthen brand visibility, engage audiences, and support business growth. You will manage content creation, digital campaigns, and performance tracking while ensuring all marketing materials align with audience needs and business objectives. Create high-quality content including blog articles, website copy, case studies, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing collateral. Manage and publish website content using WordPress or similar content management systems. Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and organic performance. Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across relevant platforms. Monitor content and campaign performance using analytics tools, email metrics, and social media insights. Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement. Support the execution, reporting, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create audience-focused content that communicates complex concepts clearly. Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical marketer with experience creating digital content and supporting B2B marketing initiatives. You should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of content strategy, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote and collaborative environment. 3+ years of experience in content writing and digital marketing. Strong copywriting skills across blogs, email marketing, social media, and website content. Hands-on experience with WordPress or another content management system. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on-page optimization. Experience using social media scheduling tools and digital marketing platforms. Ability to interpret Google Analytics data and campaign performance reports. Experience using Canva or similar design tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and performance optimization. Previous experience in SaaS, EdTech, B2B, or technology marketing is highly valued.
