YOUR MISSION

Lead the daily operations of the sales tea m, coaching and mentorin g team members to achieve their full potential Support Sales Reps during discovery calls, pitches, and contrac t negotiations Co-develop and implemen t sales strategie s to meet new customer acquisition goals Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to ensure a seamless, scalable go-to-market process Analyse sales activities and deliver regular performance report s to drive data-informed decisions

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENS

Stron g experience in B2B enterprise sal es for middle and large accounts, as well as in SaaS and HR-Tech/wellbeing/health environment Multiple years of proven success i n leadership and coachin g of high-performing Sales teams Expertise i n sales techniques, negotiation strategies , an d CRM too ls like HubSpot Solid understanding o f Marketing and Customer Succe ss workflows Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approa ch to optimize strategies and processes German and English langua ge proficiency at a C1/C 2 level
