This is not a “steady-state” commercial role. The Opportunity You’ll take full ownership of Germany, Austria and Switzerland , driving branded and private label growth across major retailers. You’ll be the commercial heartbeat of the region leading strategy, winning new business, and building long-term partnerships with customers like: You’ll work closely with the European leadership team and have genuine freedom to shape how the business grows across DACH. What You’ll Lead Major retail negotiations & JBPs Bebeto brand expansion across priority customers New routes to market & customer-led innovation Building a high-performing commercial team Cross-functional leadership across supply chain, marketing, category & NPD This is a role for someone who wants to build , not just manage. Who They Are Looking For You must be: Based in Germany 8–10+ years in FMCG commercial leadership Experienced with major German retailers Strong across negotiation, JBPs, P&L ownership & new business Strategic, entrepreneurial and commercially courageous Confectionery experience is a big advantage , but strong wider food manufacturing experience will also be considered.
