Operations Assistant NF-01

Job Title

The duties of this position include:

Monitoring operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during evening hours and adherence to established schedules of activities and priorities; assuring the presence of personnel to carry out the services offered.

Providing information concerning services, prices, dress codes, standards of behavior, and special events. Maintaining order and harmony. As necessary, seeking assistance from military police to control unacceptable behavior.

Keeping an operational log while on duty; opening and closing the facility and performing fire and security checks.

Assuming responsibility for cash during tour of duty "cash collected" checks, check cashing. Conducting inventory at beginning and end of tour.

Providing administrative supervision to all employees' checks employees in and out; reporting to functional supervisors on employee performance.
