Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the scheduling of creative resources based on workload, priorities, and project timelines
• Assign tasks to appropriate team members, ensuring balanced workloads across design, copywriting, and digital teams
• Serve as the liaison between creative teams and other departments (e.g., account managers, project managers, etc.)
• Monitor project progress, flag potential delays, and proactively suggest solutions to avoid bottlenecks
• Maintain and update project management systems and tools (Basecamp)
• Ensure all briefs are complete and clear before assigning to creatives
• Track and report on resource utilization, project timelines, and performance
• Coordinate freelance or external resources when internal capacity is exceeded
• Participate in daily/weekly check-ins to review schedules, priorities, and blockers
• Ensure adherence to deadlines while maintaining creative quality standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a traffic management, project coordination, or similar role in a creative, advertising, or marketing environment
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and agency operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with creative roles (e.g., design, copywriting, production) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month
