Hiring Packers With Pay Up To $19.34/hour In Oak Brook, ILResponsibilities :

• Pack lip balm, personal care, and pharmaceutical products into boxes according to production requirements.
• Count products accurately to ensure the correct quantity is packed in each box.
• Weigh packaged boxes on designated production lines to verify counts and maintain quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure:
  • Labels are applied correctly.
  • Packaging is free of bubbles or defects.
  • Expiration dates are accurate and clearly visible.
  • No misprints or labeling errors are present.
• Maintain production line efficiency by keeping pace in a fast-moving environment.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals.

Requirements :

• Previous packing, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Ability to accurately count and verify products.
• Comfortable standing for the entire shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production expectations.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work independently, especially on 3rd shift.

Pay & Shift :

Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: $17.19/hour
• 2nd Shift: $18.23/hour
• 3rd Shift: $19.26/hour
