What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the architecture and design of innovative, high-performance solutions supporting Synopsys’ advanced technologies and products. Collaborating with product management, R&D, and customer‑facing teams to define and refine solution requirements and roadmaps. Translating complex customer requirements into scalable, modular system architectures and actionable engineering plans. Guiding and mentoring cross‑functional engineering teams through the full solution lifecycle—from concept through deployment and support. Driving technical due diligence and feasibility studies for new technology initiatives and strategic customer engagements. Presenting solution architectures to executive stakeholders, customers, and partners, articulating technical value and business impact. Strong knowledge of hardware/software co‑design, cloud‑enabled workflows, and advanced process technologies. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage large‑scale, cross‑functional projects. Proficiency in industry‑standard tools and platforms (e.g., Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, UVM, RTL design, simulation, emulation, cloud orchestration). Familiarity with AI/ML, security, and data analytics as applied to electronic design automation is a plus.
