Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid position; Olympic has offices in Willowbrook, IL and Scottsdale, AZ. The Business Development Manager will: have a strong book of business they can tap into right away, drive new business opportunities, establish and maintain client relationships, and develop strategic plans to expand the company’s client base. Responsibilities include sales prospecting, generating leads, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, occasionally representing Olympic at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups, and collaborating with internal operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. Salary + Benefits We are offering base salary + commission structure Health insurance (portion) 401k with 4% matching Bonus pool $500 retention bonus that stacks each year Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and strategic planning Ability to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience in; transportation in general, tradeshow transportation specifically, event logistics, drayage, installation & dismantle (I&D), and storage Base Pay: $65k-$80k #J-18808-Ljbffr Olympic Logistics Services Inc
