About the Role

The Company is in search of a Foundation President to lead its philanthropic efforts. This strategic and relationship-driven leader will serve as the chief philanthropy officer, providing vision, strategy, and leadership for all fundraising, donor engagement, community relations, and foundation activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the planning and execution of a significant future capital campaign, with a focus on supporting the health system's strategic priorities, including campus expansion, facility enhancements, and growth in women's and children's services. The role demands a proven track record in fundraising, campaign leadership, and the ability to secure major and principal gifts, with a preference for candidates with experience in healthcare philanthropy. The ideal Foundation President for the company will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in philanthropy, capable of building authentic, lasting relationships across diverse constituencies. While healthcare philanthropy experience is preferred, exceptional leaders from other complex fundraising environments are also encouraged to apply. The role is pivotal in expanding the Foundation's impact, strengthening its role as a strategic partner, and supporting the next generation of healthcare innovation and community impact.
