Service Dispatch Coordinator

Employment structure: Full-time Location: Austin, TX Experience level: Entry level; 0–2 years preferred Role Summary TESIM Electric is seeking a Service Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate service calls, technician schedules, customer updates, and job documentation. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work. What You’ll Do Receive service requests and collect clear information from customers. Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and availability. Communicate appointment updates and document work status in company systems. Help close work orders by confirming notes, time, material, and billing information. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service, call center, scheduling, retail, or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Calm phone presence, quick learning, and strong organization. Basic computer, email, and data-entry skills.
