Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, accurately identifying mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating your clinical acumen and compassionate approach during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve hospice patients and their families, who may be dealing with significant emotional distress due to terminal illnesses. Your work will not only focus on individual counseling but will also emphasize group therapy and family counseling, addressing complex dynamics while ensuring that every client feels heard and supported.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity, crucial for effectively engaging with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
