Part-Time Bookkeeper
Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM Hours: 16–20 hours per week Potential: Possible full-time opportunity in the future
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online and general bookkeeping functions. This position will assist with maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare and file sales tax
- Prepare and report monthly financials
- Assist with budgeting
- Assist with job costing
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide general bookkeeping and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
- QuickBooks Online experience required
- Knowledge of sales tax filing
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
