About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Real Estate Project Delivery and Workplace Solutions. This senior executive will be responsible for leading the strategic oversight of real estate project delivery, portfolio governance, workplace solutions, and corporate real estate initiatives. The role involves providing executive leadership for complex capital programs, workplace transformation projects, and PMO functions to ensure operational excellence and alignment with organizational priorities. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include serving as the executive owner of strategic initiatives, maintaining accountability for project execution, and leading PMO and portfolio governance. The role also involves overseeing workplace modernization initiatives, office consolidations, and evaluating workplace strategies for improved space utilization and real estate value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and operational leadership, including capital planning, budgeting, and financial oversight for real estate project portfolios.
