Requirements High school diploma or GED Onboarding includes three weeks’ instructor led and two to four weeks on-the-job training Ability to accurately observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and images Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time If applying for a position that will work from a remote location and not in a Regions facility, the following technical specifications will be required: Download speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps). Skills And Competencies Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines Ability to recommend different products and services to customers Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to solve problems Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of the contact center Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate various systems Effective time management skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) General knowledge of basic banking, electronic banking and/or credit card services Preferences One (1) year customer service or production experience Must be fluent in Spanish/English Training Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (in office) Following Training 4 days Monday-Friday 10am-7pm (In office) Saturday 8am-5pm (Work from home) Off day will be given based on business needs May be required to work select bank holidays This position requires applicants to be located within a reasonable distance of the posted work location.
