Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Build and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Hire, onboard, and schedule new team members to ensure all shifts are properly staffed. Conduct in‑home assessments, client intakes, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction. Oversee office budget and financial management reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivate a workplace of choice, incentivize and motivate your team, and set the tone for morale. Qualifications & Skills Proven leadership experience managing a team. Track record of meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
