Your responsibilities will include training new associates, overseeing event set-ups, maintaining communication with clients, and managing orders through our Catertrax system. You will be the face of Genuine Foods during these events, working closely with our Executive Chef to craft menus that align with our commitment to quality and customer service. Your role will also involve managing labor and food costs, maintaining strong client relationships, and effectively addressing any issues that may arise during events.This position requires a proactive leader who can multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and service while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for your team.
