This management pay range starts at $40,000 and upward depending on experience. * 25% off employee discount * All team members are eligible for a 90-day raise * Career Growth Opportunities The essential functions of a Processing Manager are as follows: * To perform any of the required job duties within the processing team. This includes all requirements related to accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise. * Adhere to and implement, daily, all donor service standards, policies and procedures. * Train and retain employees. * Must be able to appropriately set daily goals and plan their day according to projections/targets. * Sch edule staff appropriately to ensure the team is well equipped for high volume days. * Train processing staff and volunteers to maintain a clean and well-organized reception, presort, and processing areas. * Provide a positive and encouraging atmosphere for processing staff to promote further professional development and growth within KARM Stores.
