Program & Operations Manager (LEAD)

Job Title: Program & Operations Manager (LEAD) Location: Atlanta, Georgia Job ID: 298898 Job Summary Provide promotional, administrative, performance assessment, and financial/accounting services in support of assigned program(s) within a research center, academic unit, or other campus units of a school. This role will interact consistently with research, academic and administrative staff, vendors, and sponsors; advise and counsel on program success; and supervise if required. Responsibilities Design and develop promotional and marketing materials for specific target audiences to support program outreach. Plan, schedule, and coordinate promotional events. Coordinate administrative activities associated with program operations, such as procurement, records maintenance, compliance, meeting arrangements, minutes, and document preparation. Develop, analyze, reconcile, and report financial data related to program operations. Develop and maintain performance assessment tools applied in program review to measure and report progress. Collaborate with internal and external entities to aid institutional or program support. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Experience: Four to six years of job‑related experience. Required Skills: Working knowledge of research program promotion and administration; development and administration of program assessment tools; marketing; financial analysis and reporting; planning, organization; spoken and written communication; scheduling; customer service; proficiency with office and specialized computer applications and databases. Preferred Qualifications Assessment experience preferred. Previous university experience preferred.
