Fun, supportive, and inclusive team culture What You’ll Do Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best Ensure an exceptional guest experience through great service and food quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment Handle cash management, deposits, and inventory control accurately Assist in scheduling and shift planning to ensure proper coverage Communicate effectively with the team and management to meet goals Jump in to help wherever needed to keep the team running strong What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or retail environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision The Company may require a background check as part of the hiring process, and continued employment is contingent upon satisfactory results in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This position operates in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
