CRM Integration Specialist (Remote) Primary Location: Remote V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a CRM Integration Specialist (Remote) for our premier client. Education and Experience » Top Skills and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent work experience. 3 years' experience with Zoho product suite, specifically the CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules (specific module experience is needed). Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in the Zoho product suite using the Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment (Deluge) scripting language. (3+ years). Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in Zoho utilizing JavaScript. (3+ years) / Updated from Java to JavaScript. Experience building files in XML (Extensible Markup Language) based on defined standards. (3+ years). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities » Knowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics techniques. Knowledge of design, development and implementation of tools and techniques for integrating enterprise applications, including web services and other integration architectures. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Evaluate existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap. Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layout, and integrations. Create and maintain documentation as appropriate for code, applications, and processes. Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and/or time requirements to complete development of specific requirements. Develop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation of changes to existing applications and infrastructure systems. Interested?
