Bilingual RecruiterAs a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for all recruiting activities within a facility, you will place advertisements and organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruitment plan that you will develop and execute, ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.Location: Tolleson, AZResponsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that align with business needs and to fill field positions for our client sitesAnalyzes industry, product, and geographical trends in talentManages tools, resources, and technologies in identifying talentSupport full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, scheduling and interviewingDetermines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positionsNegotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offersDevelop efficient recruiting process that meets client's needDevelop and execute a recruitment plan and deliver effective orientationsInfluence hiring decisions to ensure best fit and long-term successCreate an ongoing candidate pipelineAbility to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervisionSupport end-to-end recruiting operationsMonitor the effectiveness of all ad campaignsParticipate in job fairs and community eventsQualifications:1+ years' experience in full life cycle recruiting processBachelors' Degree is preferredStrong understanding of recruiting practicesProficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordStrong communications skills, both oral and writtenStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsBilingual skills in English / SpanishSalary Range: $51,092.66 - $63,865.83 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.We offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 20 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.
