Medical Receptionist

*Description* o Help set up flu clinic stations for nurses o Check in staff for their flu vaccine and enter each vaccine administered in Cority (our EMR) o Greet and direct staff to each nurse's station o Provide staff VIS form to read prior to seeing the nurse o Maintain an inventory of supplies in the flu clinic and contact OHS program manager when running low o Assist in cleaning and storing supplies at the end of the day o Responsible for other general office duties such as copying VIS and Flu Log forms *Skills* Database administrator, data entry, clerical, microsoft office, customer support, scanning, front desk, patient registration, insurance verification, patient scheduling *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Excellent written and oral communication skills. o Knowledgeable of computer applications including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel. o Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with peers, leadership and external contacts. o Must posses the ability to maintain confidentiality and pay attention to detail. o Excellent ability to organize, prioritize and follow-through. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
