PrideStaff has partnered with a growing, specialized industrial distributor in the Fort Lauderdale area to find a dynamic, hands-on Operations Supervisor. Because this is currently an agile, fast-paced team, the ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, willing to roll up their sleeves, and deeply involved in daily floor operations. Responsibilities

·         Provide hands-on handling of incoming and outgoing orders; coordinate and optimize all inbound and outbound shipping logistics.

·         Organize facility layout, streamline daily workflows, and oversee inventory tracking.

·         Perform visual quality control inspections and precise labeling on specialized products.

·         Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and managing new warehouse staff as the operation scales.

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to company standards.

Requirements

·         2–4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution.

·         Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in an "all hands on deck" environment.

·         Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

·         Active Forklift and/or Hazmat certifications.

·         Experience utilizing specialized inventory management software/WMS.

·         Prior experience with specialized product quality control (the company is fully willing to train on product specifics).

·         2–4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution.

·         Must be able to attend a mandatory 2-week, out-of-state paid training period prior to the official start date.

·         High School Diploma or GED required.
