What You'll Do

• Float to various ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, NCCU based on staffing needs
• Provide high-quality critical care to diverse patient populations
• Monitor and manage ventilators, IVs, and telemetry equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Follow hospital protocols and safety policies
• Adapt quickly to different ICU environments and patient acuity levels

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible to practice in Ohio
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience in a hospital setting
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (current)
• Proficiency using EPIC electronic health records
• Skills including IV start, telemetry monitoring, ventilator management
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required
