Responsibilities As a General Manager, you will lead the restaurant, mentor and develop team members to ensure store success. You will be responsible for instilling Wendy’s culture in your team and motivating them to exceed customer expectations. Strong background in restaurant operations with experience achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
