Senior Account Executive

Senior Account Executive (SAE) role is responsible for prospecting, closing sales, managing relationships, and ensuring revenue growth in the assigned territories (Monroe County, Stroudsburg and hunting grounds near Allentown). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and grow billable value in assigned accounts; prevent account losses and grow value by selling new waste streams, services, and products. Initiate and develop B2B sales relationships. Prospect and close sales opportunities to achieve budgeted goals through effective selling strategies. Manage prospects using prospect development plans and maintain key information in the prospect database; maintain sales pipeline. Minimize revenue loss by addressing cancellation requests and achieving sales call activity goals for account retention. Increase revenue and profitability through retention calls and service improvements. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction. Propose customer solutions compliant with local, state, federal regulations; coordinate with Area Sales Managers on unique issues. Communicate pricing and service strategies, identify opportunities, and refer internally as appropriate. Prepare complex proposals; recommend equipment optimization and leasing options. Mention current internal sales strategies, operational capabilities, and market trends. Collaborate with Plant Managers and Brokerage Account Managers to upgrade materials and reach plant profitability goals. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or equivalent; or High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant experience. 4 years of B2B sales or cold‑calling experience, resulting in customer appointments. Preferred: None specified. Physical Requirements Job primarily performed in a professional office environment requiring use of computers, phones, and other office equipment.
