Marina Coordinator

Canada Lake Store & Marine is looking for a hard-working self-starter looking for a full-time career opportunity. Canada Lake Store & Marine is hiring for full time Marina Coordinator position. This full-time position’s primary duties will be on the Marina side of our business and will also have some roles with the General Store. Requirements: Basic computer skills (Most can be trained, but familiarity with computers is a plus. Good communication skills with customers and fellow employees Organized and motivated Primary Duties: Customer Service. The Marina Coordinator is the point of contact for all Marina customers (Answering the phones and responding to emails) Work List and Scheduling. Maintain Marina work list and work order scheduling Billing and Payments. Using our point-of-sale software to create and send out invoices and quotes for customers as well as process payments. Ordering / Receiving. Daily ordering of marina parts and supplies from our vendors. Creating Purchase Orders and checking in orders when they arrive. Inventory management. Keeping track of inventory and organization of stocked items. Health Insurance and Retirement benefits. Marina and General Store Discounts.
