We're looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school in Jackson, CA for the 2026–2027 school year! Position Details
- Location: Jackson, CA
- Discipline: Special Education Teacher
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Schedule: Full-Time
- On-Site: 5 days per week
- Caseload: To Be Determined (TBD)
Qualifications
- Active California Special Education Teaching Credential
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Strong collaboration, communication, and classroom management skills
- Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
Position Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized instruction based on students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, administrators, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
