What You'll Do As an Aesthetic Injector, you'll serve as a trusted aesthetic advisor and treatment provider, helping patients achieve their goals through personalized care and treatment plans. Patient Consultations & Treatment Planning Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations Assess patient concerns, goals, and treatment candidacy Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes Aesthetic Treatments Perform injectable treatments, including but not limited to dermal fillers and neurotoxins Perform microneedling and medical-grade chemical peels Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals Deliver treatments safely, accurately, and ethically while maintaining the highest standards of patient care Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and maintenance recommendations Ensure optimal patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience Clinical Excellence & Patient Safety Maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms Follow all infection control and safety protocols Maintain accurate patient documentation, treatment plans, and consent forms Protect patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards Professional Development Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities Collaborate with fellow providers and team members to continuously improve patient outcomes Who Thrives at Look Lab?
