Technical Support Representative

Location: Near Rancho Bernardo

Hours Shift - Monday - Friday 1st Shift

Potential Temp to Hire

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide technical support to customer base on a computer based management and accounting system. 
• Provide Support via telephone, email, remote computer access and written communication.
• Document accurately and complete all communication via an electronic call tracking system. 
• Respond to customers politely, and maintain a professional, helpful attitude at all times.

Requirements Include:

• 1+ Yr Hands on experience working with PC hardware, and Microsoft operating system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft network systems is required.
• Previous experience supporting a PC based business management system is preferred.

Compensation:

Hourly: $22.00 - English

$23.00 - Spanish

$24.00 - $25.00 - French
